Creating reports manually

Run the following reports and save in as a PDF using PDF Redirect (Instructions below). Reports 1&2 will be in one PDF, reports 3&4 will be in a separate PDF.

1.       P&L by Month - Including Month to date for current month:

·       Reports, Company and Financial, Profit and Loss Standard

·       Dates: 1/1/20xx - through the last day of previous month.

·       Show Columns: Month

·       Customize Report- Change to Cash Basis (if in accrual)

·        Print settings: Landscape, 1 Page Wide

2.       Balance Sheet as of last Month:

·       Reports, Company and Financial, Balance Sheet Standard

·       Dates: Last day of last month

·       Customize Report- Change to Cash Basis (if in accrual)

·        Print settings: Portrait, 1 Page Wide

3.       P&L Detail. – Only need the last month (you completed)

·       Reports, Company and Financials, Profit and Loss Detail

·       Dates: Last Month

·       Customize Report- Change to cash basis (if in accrual)

·       Print settings: Landscape, 1 Page Wide

4.       Member’s Draw Detail  – Only need the last Month (you completed)

·       Chart of accounts- Right click on Member’s draw- Quick Report.

·       Dates: Last Month (if first time sending, this year to last month)

·       Customize reports- Change to cash basis (if in accrual)

·       Print Settings: Portrait, 1 page wide
