Printing issues - troubleshooting steps


If a HarQuin team member or a client is receiving the above error message, we need to run the “QuickBooksDesktopPDFTool.exe”.

The tool needs to be ran in the cloud that is having the issues, so if a HarQuin bookkeeper is having the issues on the accountant cloud, it needs to be ran from that cloud.

The pdf tool is in H: Tech Support Library
