We are so thankful for the HarQuin team for their timely and accurate work, offering me the best resources in the industry, and always having my business's best interest at heart! Speaking of resources I love the HarQuin Cloud! It is easy to access from anywhere and I didnt have to shell out the expense to purchase the QuickBooks software that only my bookkeeper would use! Its included with my bookkeeping each month and I always have the reports I need. I also have HarQuin file and pay my sales tax. I would always forget if it wasn't for them! Bottom line I trust them and they do excellent work!

When my company grew, I knew it was best if I focused on building my business vs. managing tasks like sales tax liability. For years, I've managed to do all things myself, but as we reached nexus in multiple states I needed an expert. Spending my time learning all there is to know across multiple states, was too great of an opportunity cost. After all, my ignorance should something be filed incorrectly, was no excuse. HarQuin Bookkeeping has been an amazing partner in handling these tasks that I no longer could.

I started working with HarQuin in the middle of COVID so it was an extremely stressful time for all of us. Four years later, I'm still here and so grateful for the HarQuin team that has had my back since then.
I moved to a different state about a year ago and Harquin assisted me by setting up my business on my new state's Dept of Revenue portal. Their help with state licenses as well as setting me up for sales tax and payroll tax payments took so much stress off of me so I could focus on my business.

We've been clients of HarQuin Bookkeeping for several years now and we really love them. They assigned us a bookkeeper already familiar with our business model and we've worked with her just about exclusively, while she is able to draw on the experience and knowledge of her entire team when we have questions. It's the best of both worlds! You get the benefits of hiring a bookkeeper who knows your business inside out and is both trustworthy and friendly, but at the same time you get the bench depth of working with a larger bookkeeping firm. I have used gym bookkeeping for 2 years now. I use them for payroll, taxes, and bookkeeping. They process payroll and pay/ process the payroll taxes to make sure I am always in compliance. They pull my sales reports and process my monthly sales tax. Finally, I use them for bookkeeping. They categorize all my expenses according to the BODYBAR Pilates standards. They also input all of my reports in ProfitKeeper as required for my franchise. They provide monthly reports and annual P&L for my records. Autumn and her team have done an amazing job keeping me organized, I highly recommend them to every franchisee! It’s also easy to communicate with them through the app/website. You are only charged for the hours/amount of work they do so you don’t have to worry about overpaying in ‘slower’ less time consuming months. They also provide easy links for payroll setup for employees.
I really enjoy working with HarQuin because it allows me to focus more on the parts of my business that I enjoy while trusting my bookkeeping is being taken care of. The services they provide are well worth the investment. Above all their customer service is fantastic and they are super kind and personable!

I founded my company with Rev1 in 2018 and they recommended HarQuin. Since then, HarQuin has handled my bookkeeping, AP, financial reporting for my board, payroll including a Simple IRA plan, and interacting with my tax firm for filings.
The team is super responsive. An online "app" is used for most interaction but I can text when needed.
Lastly, they are incredibly cost effective. I've recommended them to many other startups and they love them also!
