Pricing

At HarQuin, you never pay for services you aren’t using - you have a set hourly fee but aren’t locked into a monthly rate. We know your business ebbs and flows. You have a three-dimensional business; you shouldn’t be paying a flat fee. No flat fees, why? Fair pricing.

Each service is individual so you can start or stop as needed. Hiring a temporary employee? We’ve got you! Need a wellness check with a CPA? Let’s do it!

What about income taxes?

Checks and Balances

While we file sales tax and have wonderful CPA’s on our team who offer consulting, we intentionally don’t file income tax. We do this for a few reasons, but mostly because it’s a wise, and common, business practice to protect clients with checks and balances. If you are ever audited, you can have peace of mind knowing there are two company’s stamps on your books.

At year end, we have everything ready to hand over to your CPA and your bill with them will be less because they won’t need to clean anything up! We’d also be happy to refer you to a CPA if needed.
