Being aware of your customer’s needs and how that translates into sales

Let’s talk about being aware of your customer’s needs and how that translates into sales, especially for a brick and mortar store! 

Think about your demographic and who you are trying to reach. 

✅Is your ideal customer a career woman fashionista? Make sure you are available to shop outside of normal business hours when they are probably at work, whether by extended B&M hours or a solid online presence.

✅Is your ideal customer a busy mom of young children who just wants to look cute and trendy with ease? Consider ways you can make your store child friendly so she feels free and welcome to come in and shop. 

Really do your best to brainstorm possible objections your demographic might have to shopping with you and address them!
